Therefore, Somos Caprichosas may, at any time, add new products and\/or services to those currently offered. Somos Caprichosas aims to guarantee the availability of all products advertised on www.somoscaprichosas.com. However, if any requested product is unavailable or out of stock, the customer will be notified via the email address used for purchase as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, Somos Caprichosas may supply a product with similar characteristics without increasing the price. In this case, the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising their right to withdraw and terminate the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the customer rejects the replacement products, the previously paid refund will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If Somos Caprichosas unreasonably delays repaying amounts paid, the consumer may claim double the amount owed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
